Hello everyone, My name is Carlos Mario. I am an English teacher from Colombia. I speak English, Spanish, and a little bit of French. I studied film and television in college, but I decided to become a teacher because I enjoy sharing the understanding I was fortunate enough to find along my way.

I also like learning new things and have found that through teaching you acquire knowledge as well. Furthermore, I find that seeing my students make progress in their learning cycle is very rewarding, and teaching them can be fun. Also, I have learned through my experience that a little patience and kindness can go a long way

I enjoy working with all age groups because the differences in the lesson structure make for a diverse experience. What I mean by this is that with young learners I enjoy the play that can be built around the lessons and the fun we have together. With older students, an interesting conversation can take place, and I can learn about a myriad of topics while teaching particular language focus points.
